What to think about before a West Chester bathroom remodel
The biggest cost swings come from what is behind the walls. In an older borough home, galvanized supply lines, a cast-iron stack or a joist cut to fit a toilet drain can add work that nobody can price precisely until the room is open. Ventilation deserves attention too. Many older West Chester bathrooms either have no exhaust fan or one that vents into the attic.
